Instructions: Place a steamer on the floor of your shower, out of the way of the direct water stream, but where it still gets wet. As the water hits the steamer, its aromatherapy gets to work, filling your shower with an invigorating and cleansing scent. If it is not completely used after your shower, leave it where it is and use it for the next one!

BREATHE: Baking soda, citric acid, cornstarch, tea tree essential oil, eucalyptus essential oil, spearmint essential oil, witch hazel.

RELAX: Baking soda, citric acid, cornstarch, lavender essential oil, witch hazel.
